Rif

Sale Price:$720.00 Original Price:$900.00
sale

A Moroccan-inspired, checker-patterned vessel, meticulously crafted with a blend of traditional wheel throwing and handbuilding techniques. Wax resist was used to create the pattern and then it was fired using the ancient Japanese Raku method.

The bold, neutral pattern makes a perfect statement piece in any room.

Clay with white crackle glaze and raw black clay.

11.75”H x 11”W x 5”D

Raku pieces are not food-safe or watertight. For display use only. If you’d like to use this vessel as a flower vase, I would recommend placing a small paper or plastic cup filled with water inside. Other options are using dried flowers or branches.
